We’re looking for a strategic, creative, and data-driven content marketing specialist who can drive organic discoverability across multiple platforms for our clients.
This role requires someone who understands search behaviours across social platforms, generative engines, and traditional search, using data-driven insights to inform content strategy and execution.
You'll be responsible for:
The role sits at the intersection of content, search, and social media, requiring a deep understanding of how people search, engage, and convert across platforms in today’s evolving search landscape.
Being immersed in social media, cultural trends, and digital behaviours is essential.
✔ 2+ years of experience in content marketing, search marketing, or organic growth strategy (agency-side experience is a plus).
✔ Strong knowledge of how search/discovery works on TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Reddit, and other relevant social platforms.
✔ An understanding of, or passion for learning about AI-driven discovery (e.g., Generative Search, ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, etc) and how it will impact search marketing.
✔ Experience with SEO and/or social analytics tools, such as Google Trends, Glimpse, TikTok Creative Center, GA4, Sprout Social, Buffer, Google Search Console, and Google Keyword Planner.
✔ Ability to brief and create engaging, high-quality content optimised for multiple platforms.
✔ Project management skills – ability to manage multiple tasks, take ownership of timelines, and prioritise effectively.
✔ Strong analytical skills - ability to interpret data and turn insights into key actions.
✔ Knowledge of Google Workspace (Slides, Sheets, Docs, Drive, etc.).
