about the role:

We’re looking for a strategic, creative, and data-driven content marketing specialist who can drive organic discoverability across multiple platforms for our clients.

This role requires someone who understands search behaviours across social platforms, generative engines, and traditional search, using data-driven insights to inform content strategy and execution.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing search marketing strategies across TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Reddit, YouTube, Google, and more to improve brand visibility and discoverability.
  • Leveraging data from search trends, platform analytics, and audience insights to inform content ideation and execution.
  • Collaborating with in-house and external creators to create, brief, and optimise content for organic ranking and engagement.
  • Tracking and measuring performance, refining strategies based on analytics, and driving continuous improvements in organic reach and conversions.

The role sits at the intersection of content, search, and social media, requiring a deep understanding of how people search, engage, and convert across platforms in today’s evolving search landscape.

Being immersed in social media, cultural trends, and digital behaviours is essential.

what you will need:

✔ 2+ years of experience in content marketing, search marketing, or organic growth strategy (agency-side experience is a plus).


✔ Strong knowledge of how search/discovery works on TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Reddit, and other relevant social platforms.


✔ An understanding of, or passion for learning about AI-driven discovery (e.g., Generative Search, ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, etc) and how it will impact search marketing.


✔ Experience with SEO and/or social analytics tools, such as Google Trends, Glimpse, TikTok Creative Center, GA4, Sprout Social, Buffer, Google Search Console, and Google Keyword Planner.


✔ Ability to brief and create engaging, high-quality content optimised for multiple platforms.


✔ Project management skills – ability to manage multiple tasks, take ownership of timelines, and prioritise effectively.


✔ Strong analytical skills - ability to interpret data and turn insights into key actions.


✔ Knowledge of Google Workspace (Slides, Sheets, Docs, Drive, etc.).

key responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and optimise engaging, search-driven content across TikTok, YouTube, Google, Pinterest, Reddit, and beyond.
  • Work closely with creators and content teams to brief, optimise, and refine content for discoverability and performance.

Social Search & Trendspotting

  • Research trending topics, content formats, general social trends, keywords, and evolving search behaviours within social platforms to inform content strategy.
  • Stay ahead of emerging search trends, AI-driven discovery, and cultural conversations that impact search behaviour.

Performance Tracking & Optimisation

  • Analyse content performance using SEO tools, social analytics, and platform insights to refine strategy and maximise impact.
  • Identify growth opportunities by continuously testing new content formats, emerging platforms, and algorithm shifts.

Collaboration & Innovation

  • Work closely with internal teams, external creators, and client stakeholders to align on strategy, execution, and reporting.
  • Help brands navigate the shift from traditional SEO to the evolving ‘search everywhere’ landscape by testing new approaches, refining processes,  and sharing insights.

Community Engagement & Discoverability

  • Understand and engage with online communities across social platforms, ensuring strategies resonate with target audiences and drive organic reach.
  • Align content strategies with platform-specific behaviours to optimise engagement, visibility, and discoverability.
